In Today's business enviornment, people are often too busy raising families, managing households and advancing their careers to take care of some of the basic legal necessities that we need to have.  In the past, your choice has been to take the time to schedule a mutually acceptable meeting, take getting to and from the lawyers office.  This is often more time consuming, incovenient and in the end costly due to the additional time taken.
